Mirela completed hes higher studies and Master of Science at “Luigj Gurakuqi” University in Shkodër, Faculty of Social Sciences, at the “Organizational Psychology” branch. For 5 years, she has been engaged in the public sector, as a specialist at the Public Vocational Training Center in Shkodër, where the focus is on the services provided to citizens for professional qualifications and retraining, with the aim of adaptation and stable employment according to the orientations of the labor market.
She has been focused on social issues, through initiatives that improve life in the community and has undertaken the initiative “Rrethina wants water”, as part of the #shkëndija Program, with the aim of improving and installing the drinking water supply system in the Rrethina Administrative Unit in Shkodër municipality.
