Ermelinda, who holds degrees in Language and Literature and Law, has spent 30 years teaching in Lushnje while also being an active civil society advocate. Her extensive experience has provided her with both professional and civic knowledge, and she brings a positive energy dedicated to improving her community, city, and country.

In the #shkendija 2024 program, Ermelinda will be a valued participant with her initiative focused on the revitalization of public spaces in Lushnje’s neighborhoods. Her project aims to implement small changes that will serve as exemplary models for future improvements.
