Kostandin is a young activist coming from the village of Zvirinë in the municipality of Maliq. He graduated from the Faculty of Education and Philology at the University of Korça, specializing in History-Geography, and later completed his master’s studies in teaching. Currently, Kostandin serves as a dedicated teacher at the elementary school in Zerec, where he has been teaching for two years. In addition to his teaching role, Kostandin has been actively involved in various civil society initiatives over the years. He has initiated several projects aimed at empowering young people in rural areas.

Kostandin recently joined the #skëndija program with a mission to empower and inspire the youth of his community to actively participate in local decision-making processes. His goal is to foster youth engagement and leadership at the local level, promoting their involvement in shaping the future of their community.
