Viola Cikalleshi

Viola is a dedicated activist with a longstanding commitment to civil society and social issues. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in implementing various projects aimed at empowering marginalized groups, promoting community initiatives, and advancing diversity and inclusion. Currently, she continues her mission at the “Empowering the Community” Center, where she leads innovative programs that address the evolving needs of the community. In addition to her formal engagement, Viola is deeply involved in advocacy efforts focused on addressing social issues and protecting human rights. She actively supports collaborative approaches and community engagement as drivers of positive social change, firmly believing in the transformative potential of collective action.

Through the #shkendija program, Viola advocates for creating mother-friendly workplaces in the city of Durrës, aiming to support mothers with children and enhance workplace inclusivity and support systems.
