Through Law no. 119/2014, “On the Right to Information”, “Information Requests” can be sent to public authorities and public data or documents can be obtained. Every citizen has the right to access public information, without having to explain the reasons for seeking information.
If you believe that your rights to receive information have been violated, you can complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data, within 30 working days, from the day when you did not receive notification of the rejection of the request or when you have not received a response (ie the legal deadline for providing the requested information has passed, 10 working days).
You can find the form on this link.
