We are pleased to invite civil society organizations to participate in the exchange program under the project #SPARKs: “Supporting Civic Activism and Advocacy Initiatives in Albania”. This unique opportunity allows your organization to collaborate closely with a program participant over a period of 2 to 4 weeks, offering support for their cause, or a specific aspect of it.
